The software is provided free of charge. Any voluntary donations or support (e.g., via "Buy Me a Coffee") do not constitute a commercial transaction, sale, or business activity, and do not alter the non-commercial, hobbyist nature of this project.

The "Cell Database" contains crowdsourced snapshots provided without verification or warranty. The author makes no representations regarding the accuracy of third-party contributions. YOU must verify all specifications against official manufacturer datasheets before use.

6. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the author (Luke Formosa) and contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this software, any battery pack constructed based on these visualizations, or any reliance on voluntary support mechanisms associated with the project.
